How to take your measurements:

NECK SIZE:

To measure your neck circumference, wrap a tape measure around it at its widest point (at the Adam's apple). Make sure to leave a gap the width of a finger between your skin and the tape.

CHEST SIZE:

Place the tape measure horizontally under your pectorals, then wrap it around your chest. The tape should not be too loose, but should not be constricting. (See diagram below.)

WAIST SIZE:

Place the tape measure at the natural hollow of your waist, approximately between your last rib and your belly button. As with your bust measurement, the tape measure should be snug but not too tight.

BACK LENGTH:

The measurement is taken at the center of the back, where the shirt is longest. You can compare this measurement with that of your other shirts (see diagram below)

SLEEVE LENGTH:

The measurement is taken from the shoulder seam to the bottom of the sleeve, including the cuff.
